We, Well Fed, are a family owned Meal Prep company offering tasty and Nutritious meals to the South Jersey area. We do our best to deliver healthy yet indulgent meals fit for any lifestyle.
We are committed to supporting our local community. At Well Fed, we work with small, locally owned businesses and use locally sourced produce whenever possible.
Most of our meals are Gluten, Dairy, Nut, and Soy free. If you have any Dietary Restrictions, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your individual needs.

When is the Menu Posted?
Well Fed posts a new menu each Tuesday morning. Ordering is open from Tuesday at 9am to Friday at 10 am. Meals are prepared on Sunday and delivered on Monday. If delivery doesn't work for you, You can opt to pick up your meals on mondays at Kitchen 19 in Downtown Hammonton.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, you can click the Order Here button and it will take you directly to our menu.
How much do I order?
However much you want! We have an order minimum of 2 items, and no limit to the number of meals and bulk items that can be purchased at one time. Order for just yourself, or for your whole family. Well Fed is here to make healthy eating convenient for you.
